PAAR will be holding weekly Home Tours three times a week in 2025. There will no longer be PAAR Marketing Meetings prior to each tour. Tours will start promptly at the first home on tour at 9AM in Prescott and Prescott Valley, and 9:30AM in Chino Valley.
All Home Tour requests will be made utilizing the request form below. REALTORS® will no longer submit their homes for tour via the MLS. All requests and scheduling will be managed by the PAAR staff liaison.

Home tours will follow a rotating schedule in Prescott and Prescott Valley to ensure the entirety of each geographic region is covered. Chino Valley will function as one geographic area. See the interactive map below!

Policy
The objective of the REALTOR® Home Tours is to promote member listings, gain agent feedback, and offer an alternative to traditional open houses or Broker opens.
- REALTOR® Home Tours will be held in three pre-determined map areas, divided into zones. Boundaries are subject to change with subsequent approval by the Board of Directors.
- A tour schedule for each area will be established and approved by the Board of Directors. There will be no meetings prior to the tour. Tours will not be held on national holidays, select member-attended event days or applicable PAAR closure days.
- The designated staff liaison will coordinate home tours requests, scheduling, and communications.
Rules, Procedures, & Etiquette
- Each tour will have up to and not exceed 6 homes within that tour date’s designated area.
- Homes must be submitted for tour by 5PM on Thursday the week prior to the tour.
- Requests for tour will be submitted to the staff liaison through the proper designated channels.
- All tours are on a first-come first-serve basis and will be prepared by the staff liaison.
- Homes with an ‘Active with Contingency’ status are only eligible if space permits. All Homes listed with an ‘Active’ or ‘Coming Soon’ status will take priority.
- Homes added to tour listed with a ‘Coming Soon’ status must be ‘Active’ on the designated tour date.
- A waitlist will be established for homes that do not make it onto the requested tour date.
- A REALTOR® will be allowed to schedule up to two homes per tour, space permitting. If another REALTOR® wishes to have a home on tour, the second property will be bumped to the waitlist or the next available tour date.
- If there are no homes scheduled for tour, there will not be a tour.
- Tours in Prescott and Prescott Valley will begin at the first home on tour promptly at 9AM. Tours in Chino valley will begin at the first home on tour promptly at 9:30AM. Attendees will go directly to the first home on tour. There will be no PAAR marketing meeting at a designated area prior to the first home on tour.
- A tour map and list of homes will be provided virtually.
- Feedback forms will be available through PAAR online. REALTORS® may provide their own custom feedback forms as a substitute.
- Tours will be self-run by the REALTORS® in attendance. There will not be a designated tour coordinator for any of the tour areas.
- All REALTORS® will be given time to show and market their listings and discuss any wants or needs during the tour.
- REALTORS® with a listing on tour are expected to stop at all other listings on tour. If they fail to do so, they may be subject to removal from future tours.
- REALTORS® are responsible for providing feedback sheets at their listing. They are also responsible for gathering feedback sheets at their listing prior to departure.
- Affiliates will be responsible for contacting REALTOR® members directly if they wish to provide refreshments at any home. REALTORS® may also reach out to Affiliates if they wish to have refreshments provided at their home during tour.
- REALTORS® are responsible for opening and closing their home, ensuring that all agents are out of the home prior to leaving the property.
