Coming Soon Status Live in MLS + March 16 Webinar

The Coming Soon status is live in the MLS. This status allows listing brokers and agents to place a listing in the MLS for cooperation for up to 30 days while preparing a property for showings. This may be necessary if the home is still being staged, repairs are being made, or listing photos are pending. This replaced the Delayed Listing status.
