Another Successful Fall Food Drive in Chino Valley
Last Thursday, October 19th, the PAAR Community Service and Outreach Committee held its annual fall food drive in Chino Valley. The committee holds this food drive twice a year, collecting hundreds in monetary donations and boxes of non-perishable food items for the Chino Valley Food Bank that directly benefits the communities of Chino Valley and Paulden. This year, $509 in cash was collected for the food bank, and enough food items to feed over 1,100 individuals! Additionally, $40 in cash and dog and cat food were collected and donated directly to the Chino Valley Animal Shelter. Thank you to the committee for their continued hard work on each annual drive, to all of those who volunteered, and to anyone who donated.
