Logging Into TransactionDesk

PAAR REALTORS®, are you switching from zipForms to TransactionDesk and trying to figure out how to log in? Here’s what you need to do.

In order to access TransactionDesk, you will need to be logged into your Arzina REALTORS® dashboard. If you are already logged in, then you can enter TransactionDesk by clicking the icon in the PAAR dashboard at paartoday.com However, if you are not, here is what you need to do:

1. Visit www.aaronline.com

2. On the popup message that appears, select the option to “Login with Single Sign-On”. This will be your login for BOTH TransactionDesk and AAR Online.

3. You will then be directed to the Arizona Single Sign-On login page.

4. Manually type your NRDS # and password. AAR’s login does not allow for copy/paste or password-saving programs (you can check the box to save the NRDS # for future logins). Your initial password with AAR is your last name with the first letter capitalized. (Ex. Smith or Hernandez) You can also reset your password from the “I Forgot My Password” link below the “Login” button. You can access this page directly at https://dashboard.azrealtorsso.com If you do not know your NRDS number you can click the link from the Arizona REALTORS® login page or CLICK HERE. 

5. Once on AAR’s dashboard, click the TransactionDesk icon and you will be automatically logged into your account there.

You can also login directly to TransactionDesk at: https://pr.transactiondesk.com/login.  This will bypass Arizona REALTORS® and PAAR.  You will need to create a login (separate from the Single Sign-On login).   Click the “Forgot Username / Password” link and follow the instructions.  Use the email address that is on file with PAAR.
